Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 walnut spatula
Instructions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Using a walnut spatula, transfer the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss the spaghetti with the garlic oil, add the chopped walnuts, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
If the pasta seems dry, add some of the reserved pasta water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
Remove the skillet from the heat and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss until cheese is melted.
Season with salt and pepper, and using a walnut spatula, transfer to a serving plate.
Sprinkle with more chopped walnuts and serve with a walnut spatula.
Enjoy your 15-minute Walnut Spatula Pasta! Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a light lunch. The use of a walnut spatula not only adds a touch of elegance but also brings a unique flavor to the dish.
