Walnut Spatula Pasta in 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz spaghetti

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 walnut spatula

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. Using a walnut spatula, transfer the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss the spaghetti with the garlic oil, add the chopped walnuts, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  4. If the pasta seems dry, add some of the reserved pasta water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.

  5. Remove the skillet from the heat and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss until cheese is melted.

  6. Season with salt and pepper, and using a walnut spatula, transfer to a serving plate.

  7. Sprinkle with more chopped walnuts and serve with a walnut spatula.

Enjoy your 15-minute Walnut Spatula Pasta! Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a light lunch. The use of a walnut spatula not only adds a touch of elegance but also brings a unique flavor to the dish.
